Murder is on the rise.

They are Slavic immigrants……and every one is concerned about the Mexican immigrants?

These people are coming here because they want to practice their religion which also teaches hate toward Gay people in our community.

This is America, and we have laws. If they want to practice their religion they need to keep it within their own faith and followers. Being Anti-Gay is not a freedom they can practice willfully in this country, especially if it’s murder.

Any of them doing this should be deported back to their country.

They come here with the attitude that America is about freedom, freedom of government or dominant religious persecution, and they think that they can force their hate on the rest of us. America doesn’t need more religions that teach such hate and violence toward other’s. That’s not what freedom of religion is about; it’s about a diverse set of religions that are free to practice their faith, and that doesn’t include murder or teaching hate.

These kinds of people killed more than 60 Gay people in Russia, and now they are coming to America?

Remove Your Signature from the Biased Marriage Signature Petition

If you mistakenly signed the “marriage” petition going around like I did for whatever reason, whether it being a fraudulent move to collect signatures or the guise of allowing voters to vote on it; You can get your signature removed.

First of all regardless of what voters may say on this matter, it’s in the courts and it’s up to the courts to protect it’s citizens from an over bearing majority. The over bearing majority could win the vote like prop 22 won. Money was funneled in from the Catholic and Mormon church’s and they were instructed by their leaders to get that to pass, and it did, They miss lead the population about the proposition.

This petition would only disenfranchise other Californian citizens to the rights of equal treatment and make other’s second class citizens. Again, it’s a waist of our tax dollars to even play with this because it would violate constitutional rights of which they are always trying to change for religious grounds.

[if your wondering why I signed it; I was in a hurry, and the guy who was helping the girl take signatures came up and said that it would be good to sign it, so we can get to vote on it, and then vote it down. The problem with that theory is that it may not get voted down. If the church pulls enough money for advertising and distorts the meaning of marriage equality to voters then the church will win. If it wins then it's just a waist of time and tax payer dollars because this issue is already in the court system, and it's not necessarily up to voters to protect all of it's Californian citizens because they could be an over bearing majority of religious people oppressing another minority group of people in the name of religion.

Same-Sex Couples Marriage Right of Equality

This isn’t about polygamy, other forms of animal marriage, or any form of animal sex to include the human animal. The issue is about two CONSENTING adults who have found a loving happy home that gets torn apart as a result of bigotry and hate. If it was about sex in bed, Gay people wouldn’t need such a useless document, it’s about much more than that.

Some say the courts should follow the law that legislators and voters created. Yes that is true, however when a law is created to oppress another Group of Californian’s and treat them less than equal it is a violation of the constitution. The courts and legislature are supposed to fix this problem. Legislature tried to fix this problem and the Gov vetoed it. It’s now up to the courts to fix the discrimination problem and make a ruling on it. Prop 22 isn’t about Californian’s it’s about out of state American’s. It won because of lies and help from religious institutions like the Mormons and Catholic supporters, another violation of the laws of the land. Religious laws should remain with their institutions and not interfere with civil laws; we pay taxes they don’t! It’s pure Malleus Maleficarum, and it’s time we put an end to this kind of hate from those people and their supporters! Let’s honor our brothers and sisters who perished by people like those haters and killers.

The church never sanctioned marriage until around the 8th century, and prior to that it was and still is a civil practice started by the Pagan people. Its purpose is for validating, under civil law, legal rights for property and heirs. Same-sex couples had opportunities to marry in classical history, and that was taken away. Marriage had nothing to do with making baby’s because Pagans already know how to do that, and they never needed any law to make it so.

Marriage should have never of been redefined by the church, they took it away just like they took every other practice [celebrations] away from other cultures and peoples, and it’s time civil society took it back, and returned the practice to ALL of it’s citizens under civil law.

California’s highest court will hear three hours of arguments Tuesday on whether same-sex couples should be allowed to be legally married. The case stems from a combination of lawsuits from 15 same-sex couples and the City of San Francisco. The suits were filed the day after the court halted a month-long wedding spree in San Francisco in 2004. A ruling is expected within 90 days.

Churches weigh in on same-sex marriage

This isn’t the churches business. If same-sex couple wish to marry then they should be allowed to under civil law. Current laws in California are violating separation of church and state laws in favor of Christianity and that is disgusting.

This is a civil matter not a religious one. If those religious institution want to treat their people like that then let them, but a civil society and civil law should treat it’s people with freedom and respect. It should not favor any one religion. Starr isn’t correct, the church adopted marriage around the 8th century from the Pagan people. It is a Pagan practice of civil law that had nothing to do with sex or the creating of children. Pagan’s already knew that they could bare children through sex, not marriage. It’s purpose was to recognize property rights and heirs. The church has stolen that practice as if they invented it, much like they stole every thing else. Same-sex couples have a history of unions before the church started killing gay people by burning along with killing other people who spoke up against the church. Some native American tribes had same-sex relations called berdache, though some may object to the relation. The bible highly respected the Eunuch, both the natural and man made ones. Many African tribes also have same-sex relations and a lot of mammals do as well.

Calif. Assembly OKs Gay Marriage

Did I say I LOVE CALIFORNIA? Anyone that doesn’t like this can stay in their own state, and those that don’t like this can go back to their state. As a sixth generation Californian we all deserve equal treatment under California’s constitution, not to mention the Constitution of the United States. The 1977 law changing our code is a law that favors religious dogma, another violation of California’s constitution. Religious fanatics that do not like this can go back to their own state and oppress their own state, get out of California while you still can.

ACTION NEEDED: Vulgar Hate Speech Is Not Acceptable! It Is Threatening Language!

If any of these people knew the etymology of the f-word they wouldn’t use it, at least we can only hope. Language like this and the promotion of it should be banned and those who propagate it should be tried for instigating these threats. We are not living in the dark ages when the church murdered people at will.

Where ever this word came from it is clearly a vulgar term in our day and age and has certain threatening messages that comes with it to the LGBT community, it reeks of hate!
